Why do i still receive stupid and retarted messages from facebook?

Oh god are u there to save me, i am exhausted i feel like dying (dont report abuse ok)

Recently i just joined facebook and i am receiving tonnes of email notifications from facebook even if my friend goes to answer his nature call

I HAVE DISABLED ALL THE EMAIL NOTIFICTIONS OPTIONS and yes i have double checked it but still i receive these emails (biggest world scams actually)

can someone pleaseeee help me
i have signed some business deals with my clients and they are sending me emails but these emails are getting mixed with the s*** sent by facebook and its very difficult to sort out the important ones
by mistake i may even delete some important mails sent by my clients helpppp plzzz

This could be due to spams from other friends or people who posts unsolicited advertisements...
