How do you plow other peoples farms in Farm Town on Facebook?

you know when you go to the market to get a job? Well whenever i get a plow job and try to plow the other peoples yard it just becomes grass and I don't know why. Can someone please tell me how to do it so this doesn't happen or what I'm doing wrong.

First, you go online and order 4 packs of 'seeds'. You keep one for yourself, and send the others to 3 of your friends. You 'plant' the seeds in your backyard and 'water' them every few days. On days when your friends aren't home, you can go to their houses and water their seeds, and on days you are not home, they can do the same for you. Eventually, you will grow flowers, vegetables, or other plants, depending on what you 'ordered' and 'planted.' Its the newest trend lately, its called 'reality.'
