Yahoo mail sent to hotmail/outlook personal information.?

Hello, I have an issue about privacy settings.

On facebook I don't have this yahoo account associated.. in fact with anything.
I have not linked my facebook account to Yahoo or vice-versa at all, supposedly yet it shows I have facebook and twitter when I send emails to an hotmail/outlook contact, account.

I don't want them receiving information I haven't added, and have un-linked long time ago.

I contacted Yahoo support, and what they said is that maybe one of you guys members of the community might help me out on this... while they "can't".. even though it's their problem not yours.
so when I send an email from yahoo to an hotmail/outlook account, on their outlook thing it will show I have facebook and twitter, and I only have those on my original outlook account, but NOT on my yahoo.
