Problems accessing facebook account?

I cannot access my facebook account, getting a message saying my e-mail address is invalid. When I type in the information to reset password, I get the same message - invalid e-mail pasword combination. When I try to open a new account it says that my e-mail is already in use. Facebook keeps on sending out invitations for people in my address book to join facebook and I really don't want that. How can I either access facebook or just close the account?

I get the same message - invalid e-mail pasword combination
What they mean is Either your password is invalid or your e-mail is invalid.

It could also mean someone attempted to hack into your account.

A Password is case sensative, are you sure that all caps and spelling is correct. Try typing it in slowly as fast typing does lead to errors. If that doesn't work, just make a new account and ask the admins to close the other one down.

It's true meaning can not. remember if you want to create a facebook account again.

can not use an email account which has been in use for a new facebook account.

so should have a new email account .............
