how does facebook organise friends list on profile?

I keep seeing the same people on my friends list every single time looked at my profile. The answer is not “Friends who you publicly interact with the most appear first on your profile. Examples of public interactions include Wall posts, comments and mutually attended events — Facebook will never show friends based on whose profiles you choose to view or who you interact with over messages and chat.”
Because there is nothing mutual with these people. They usually are my close friends but I do know that I don't view their profile, I don't post on their walls. I think it could be organised according to people who views my profile. Please help!! (and also sorry for my english)

Click on your name on top of the facebook page.
then click on friends on left hand side.
there you can mange all of your friends.
