Publish notifications from facebook to facebook ?

Ok , so my friend decided to like everything on my facebook wall and I did the same thing . Well she uploaded a picture of her notifications to facebook and tagged me in it , showing that i liked like a lot of her stuff . well im wondering how i can do that ? And i was told you need an iphone , well i got an iphone 4 if that helps do it . please help , thanks (:

Hold down the sleep button and home button to take a screen shot and then It will be in you album. Then got on Facebook and add the photo like normal.
