Phone, text, social media harrassment?

My gf ex boyfriend won't stop calling and texting her.... she is going to change her phone number soon. But this person now post pictures and private texts between them when they were still together up on Social media websites just to embarrass her.... This guy lives a bit far a way or else I'd whoop his ass.... are there anything she can do about it? Police report? anything? Thanks
Yes, multiple warning..... he just recently tried to hack into her emails and facebook.... this guy invaded her privacy... i guess filing a report to the police is our next step.

Did he get notified to stop doing so? Warn him to stop or you'll tell police and if he doesn't then tell police.
