Instagram won't let me change my profile picture?!?

Okay, so last month I went to change my profile picture and it just went blank and when I click the icon face thing, it wont do anything like the page doesn't change...nothing! I deleted the app and put it back on a few times and nothing worked. Just wondering if somebody knows what I can do?

Check the Photo Size Try And See if you Can Resize it And Than Try Again And See if Thats the Issue Maybe Check the File Type As Well If That Does Not Fix The Problem Than its a Problem With The Instagram App At the Point you Cant Fix It Please Contact Instagram And Report the Problem to Them

Resize the photo again. Could be something to do with the instagram app, if so contact them.
