How do I get a facebook profile page for my website?

I know you can create a page, very similar to your examples. Here's one I just created:

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Cloudfoot-Records/

Here's how:

1. Log out of your personal facebook account so you go back to the Sign Up / Log In page.
2. Underneath "Sign Up" there is a link for "Create a page for a celebrity, band or business." Click here.
3. Fill out the information as you wish.
4. Connect your facebook profile to your new page by entering your email address.
