How to logout of facebook on the android?

My mom bought herself a new android and gave me her old one for whatever reason since all her info is on it. Anyway I can't figure out how to log off the facebook app and I've clicked on everything I've looked everywhere on this app and there is no log out option. Is there some sort of trick to it or what?

Click on the menu button on your phone, the log out option should pop up

Did you try the menu button (the one to the left hand side of the home button). If everything fails, go to the app called task manager (Or go to settings==> applications ==> manage applications) and find facebook icon and click it. There you need to click Force stop and clear data. Now log back in facebook and you will be prompted with your user id and password. If you dont want to take all that trouble, simply uninstall and reinstall the facebook app from android market.
