Why does everyone think it's the subscribers that matter! You don't ask for subscribers you earn them! Plus most of your video views will come from people searching for something, not your subscribers so you should be focusing on posting things people want to see and tagging and naming it right, then the subscribers will come to you.

No point offering shoutouts, at the moment you are nobody. You need to build an audience who cares before you start offering...I know it sounds harsh but that's the cold heart truth of it.
