How can I have an internet social live in these conditions?
My mom won't let me have an account on about any cites including Facebook, Twiter, Pintresst, Instagram, or any thing else. Of course with how crule the world is everyone I know has at least one of these, and sometimes I get picked on because of this. I only just got my first phone and my email a month ago. By the way I am 14 & a month ago I was still 14

Wait until you are older. As for people picking on you, what they don't know they can't tease you about. Join a few clubs at school to develop the social skills you seem to feel you lack. When you are older bring the subject up again.

It sounds as if your mother is a very responsible parent. Good for her!

If I were you, I would follow all rules that she has set for the phone. Do not abuse that privilege at all! In a couple of weeks, you might ask her if you can talk to her and explain that you have enjoyed the privilege of the phone, and that since you have followed all of the rules and used it wisely, you are wondering if you could have access to... and choose one of the above. I would likely choose Facebook first, as that is the most used. Tell her that you understand her concern and make sure she knows that 1. She can be on your friends list so that she can monitor you that way and 2. She can have the account password so she can monitor you that way. Also ask what rules she would have and, again, make sure to follow them. If she is not ready for Facebook yet, try Pinterest- it is the least dangerous for teenagers and she may be more open to that.

The world maybe cruel and savage according to your mother's perception but the world is a much better place because of these social networks. Tell your mother that all these sites have strict regulations, rules, security passwords and certain restrictions. Persuade or ask your mother to set up an account with any of them and she can, if she chooses to, monitor your online activity.
Pinterest is safe and reliable.

The banks have money in their vaults. Sometimes banks get robbed. Does that mean your mother doesn't have a bank account?

I have located some friends and relatives whom I have not seen for over two decades using FB.
