Do you think this guy is just trying to make me jealous or is he being honest?

So, I met him some months ago and when I was in a break with my (now ex) boyfriend he told me that he was really into me and asked me if I felt the same, but unfortunately I didn't and told him that, so he decided that he wanted to stop talking to me, then, 3 months ago, he started to talk to me again, said that he missed talking to me, now I see us as friends but I think I'm starting to develop some feelings for him.
So, the "thing" is: whenever he meets a girl (and he has been meeting loads of them, at least that's what he tells me and what I can see from his facebook page), he tells me about it, he even asks me for advice and sometimes he takes pictures and print screens to letters/chat conversations that he has with other girls... when he is at the bus and a girl sits next to him he also tells me, and confesses that he finds her cute...things like that.
This is making me so confused, I don't know if he's making me jealous or being sincere.. What do you think?

Well if you knows that you just want to be friends he probably is sincere. You are someone that he can talk to i guess. But if you are starting to have feelings for him maybe you should sit down and talk to him about how you feel.
