Do you mean you need friends on Facebook or that you just need groups (pages) to join?

Either way you don't - and shouldn't - need to pay anybody. Firstly, if you need more friends on Facebook search for a topic you like, maybe a TV show for example, and then try asking some people there if you can add them as a friend - after all, having something in common is how most friendships start.

As for wanting more groups to join? Well, that's the same as above: search a topic you like and join a group (page) about that topic.
