How do you find the main "Pages" page on facebook?

How do you find the main "Pages" page on facebook?
I mean "Pages" as in, when you look on someone's facebook, and it says Pages.
Where is this located, if it even exists?
Same goes for "Groups" - does anyone know where this is?

I'm having the same trouble as u r. I'm trying 2 find a place to put sayings on my face book page. I know u have tgt pages but I cant find that
