We hereby join together throughout all nations, standing as one whether outspoken or silent. If you are a JW looking for support, please request to join. Thank you...

I became a regular member of this forum: http://exjehovahswitnessforum.yuku.com/

...and found that there really is love to be found outside the "Society"...

The biggest hurdle for a questioning JW to join a format such as this is the feeling that doing so is tantamount to apostasy, the most Evils of all Evils...

In reality, this is the most important step to realizing the falsity of this religion, and coming to terms with the damage that this religion does, and starting a new life... You realize very quickly they are not "mentally diseased" as the Watchtower would have you believe...

It is important to note that you are not judged on whatever path you take; most seem to become Born-Again Christian or Atheist/Agnostic (like myself). What unites Ex-JW's is their past experiences...

Since I was never baptized and thus never a full member, I am technically not an "Ex-JW" though I have family who are and I am very sympathetic...

XJW's are you interested in worshiping God at all?

Jesus taught his followers only one religion, the true religion. It is like a road leading to everlasting life. Jesus said: “Few are finding” that road. (Matthew 7:14) God accepts only worship based on his Word of truth. All true worshippers are united in one faith.—Read John 4:23, 24; 14:6; Ephesians 4:4, 5.
True Christians have outstanding love for one another. From God’s Word, they learn to respect all ethnic groups. Although false religions have often strongly supported the wars of the nations, true worshippers refuse to do so. (Micah 4:1-3) Rather, true Christians unselfishly use their time and resources to help and encourage others.—Read John 13:34, 35; 1 John 4:20.

Is your group of XJW's going to do these things?

JW's do....they stand out as different because of following the scriptures, they don't war with each other, or abuse kids like priests do in church's today, they don't bomb people, do drugs, steal, or disrespect people of other religions. They actually try really hard to practice what they preach and try to live clean moral lives. They are honest people trying to do what is right not in their own eyes but God's.

XJW's I understand that it may be hard for you to live by Bible principles daily but you don't have to beat down those who are trying too......

@Larry s why can't you just go your own way and leave JW's out of it? If you were really trying to be Christian you would act like Jesus and be loving all the time to others no matter of their race, background, or religion all have a chance to learn about God's word and promises...we are all accountable to God. He will decide who gains life, not us....
Those numbers mean nothing compared to the entire world.
The EXJW's are just a Sect:
Some define sect to mean a group that has broken away from an established religion. Others apply the term to a group that follows a particular human leader or teacher. The term is usually used in a derogatory way. Jehovah’s Witnesses are not an offshoot of some church but include persons from all walks of life and from many religious backgrounds. They do not look to any human, but rather to Jesus Christ, as their leader.

I would never join a forum with such negative views about honest people...No Thanks

@ Voney: Taking Matt. 7:14 to heart and considering that the largest ExJW forum (JWN) has perhaps 1000 members who would be considered "regular" and the fact that the Watchtower claims 7,000,000+ members then it is crystal clear to me that we ExJW's are the "Few that are finding" the road to everlasting life.
Sorry but you're out.
Of course you could always come join us. We would be happy to have you Smile
