my new anti-spyware detected over 59 spyware threats in one day. could it be Pogo or Facebook?

I'll bet most of those spyware threats were cookies. You have allowed cookies to keep track of your preferences for certain programs, like Pogo or Facebook so that you get advertisements based upon your tastes or you get "suggestions" based upon your past decisions.

Some cookies track your browsing history, this is normal but it drives spyware scanners buggy! LOL! OH, some spyware does hide in cookies, you need to learn the difference between the ones you want to track your habits and the ones you don't.
