Facebook, am I blocked please help?

I woke up this morning and can not comment or like on this Soccer page, but I was able to comment on it yesterday. I can comment and reply on my brothers account so I know that it is only me. I can also comment and reply on all my other liked pages just not this one. I did not get a warning or message saying I was banned or blocked? Are these blocks permanent?

As far as I know, if you can access it, you're not blocked. However, it is possible to list who is allowed to post to a page, and it's very easy for a page administrator to change the names on this list.
