why am I flirting with him if I have a boyfriend?

I've been with my boyfriend for 4 1/2 years now.
I am 21, and I just met a guy on Thursday night while I was out with friends (he is 27 but looks 23). I have never thought of flirting with anyone or even cheating on my boyfriend. I love my boyfriend very much, but I just felt something the moment I saw this guy! I can't explain it. We have been texting/messaging ever since Thursday. Today is Saturday. He says Good morning and good night and seems interested in me.
But I don't know if this is right. I feel like I want him and I want to see him NOW. But then I think he is way too old for me, and plus a have a boyfriend! (Let me add that my boyfriend was extremely flirty, in a private Facebook page he had, with one of his co-workers for about 3 months, and when I found out I just lost trust). My boyfriend obviously doesn't know about his guy I meet!
But what is this guys is just playing an act? How can I tell?

We'll it's different than what you've been doing for the 4 years, it's something new! Also because maybe ur bored in the relationship.
First off tell the guy ur not dating and say
something like this," I have a boyfriend and I'm not going to give up 4 years go just for a fling with you"
But if u really like this new guy and want to go after him, do it. But know u could lose both of them.but if u still love the guy ur dating, don't lose 4 years!
Try spicing things up with ur boyfriend? Do different dates, stay home and play games and checkers! Make a meal for him. See if the spark is still there.
