How come two people who aren't on my friends list on facebook were able to comment on my picture?
Okay, so I have a group picture and I tagged a bunch of people in it. And two people who were friends with people I tagged commented on my photos. Those two people are not my friends on facebook. I was thinking that you could comment on photos in which your friends are tagged in, but when I look at my friends' tagged photos, I am not able to comment. So how is it that I can't comment on peoples' photos (who aren't my friends) that have my friends tagged in them, but two people who aren't my facebook friends were able to comment on my photo that had their facebook friends tagged in?

Sorry if that got confusing..
D:

Thank you!

They may be in your network. I'm not sure, but I think people in your network can comment on your pictures too.

I've done that before, and I think it was because they tagged my friend. I remember doing that before. FB might have just been screwing with you that time you couldn't comment on that tagged pic.

If you attach any album to a group, group members can comment on these photo of yours.

You both have different privacy settings. You have yours set up as "Friends of Friends" while they may have theirs as "Only Friends". You can change this in the Privacy Settings in Facebook:

It all depends on your privacy settings on Facebook.

If you don't want them to be able to comments on your pictures, or view them for that matter, you should go into Settings- Privacy Settings - Profile Information then change your settings accordingly.

Your friends may have different settings than you do, so that would explain why you aren't able to comment on their photos.

Hope I helped.
