how can i send a video?

How can i send a video from my kindle fire hd. I try to attach it to an email but it says i have exceeded the maximum storage for an email. I cant sen it over facebook ,skype, or any of my testing apps. Please help the video is 213.8 mb (3minutes)

NOTE: sending large files/videos will only work if the recipient can receive files that large.

Go to http://www.sendthisfile.com and it will get you to upload your file. From there, it will give you a hyperlink that you can email to your message recipients where they can go download the file to their computer. This is a great way to send large files without tying up people's email boxes.
