facebook problem no notifications?

for some reason when someone comments my wall, or comments my pictures, i dont get a "notification" when i log into facebook =[ how cani fix this?

Go to your settings and change what you want notifications for.
Check the bottom of your screen on the FB bar that has Chat and the notifcations, it might be there. I haven't gotten the words (1 New Notification) in a while, it just shows up down there.

You should be getting your notifications via your e-mail address. That's the way it is done.

Go to Settings on the right top, click Account Settings, on the tab on top go to Notifications, and there you go. You now need to change all of that. And Make sure to save Changes..
