Is this DM limit on Twitter ??

I try to send a DM to someone but it says "You cannot send messages to users who are not following you" but the person IS following me.

Are you sure they are following you? Remember that "Following" is who YOU are following and "Followers" are those who are following you on your page.

Check their account, go through "Following" and try to find yourself there. It may just be a bug.

nope. that's not DM limit. clearly that person isn't following you. idk maybe it's a bug or maybe they unfollowed you. check again and ask the other person to check.

if it was DM limit it would say something like "you have gone over your direct message limit. please try later."
