YouTube keep sharing videos to my old Facebook account!?

I have two Facebook account. The old one have the same email address as my YouTube account. The new one doesn't. When I share videos, I already logged Into my new FB account. But it also shares to my old account instead of new one. What to do? How can I share videos to my new FB account without creating a new YouTube account? Please help! Thanks

-Go to youtube settings
-Click "connected accounts"
-http://www.youtube.com/account_sharing
-Click "disconnect" next to facebook

-Again go to http://www.youtube.com/account_sharing
-Click "connect" next to facebook
-Log-in with the new facebook account.
