Are hashtags made up? Where do people get them from?
I see so many good ones on Twitter and I think that there are no way people make them up. Is there any website where I can find good hashtags?

Yes, people make them up. They are usually relevant to what the message is about. Some tend to catch on and people use them repeatedly. There's no art to it, just try to be creative.
