How do people get other people to comment their instagram photos like some people get so many?

They make fake profiles that appeal to people (hot chick or something) then join sites that are called "trains" where you put your name on a list and everyone follows or adds one another. Then they just post stupid pictures all day for virtual acceptance.

A ton of random ass hashtags like #love#lol#friedchicken. Random people can view their pictures based on their tags. Also, some do the "follow for follow" thing and that's how they get a lot of followers.
