To add apps to your Facebook, like games, etc. just search for them and add the ones you like.

To create apps and add them to Facebook, scroll all the way to the bottom of your Facebook page and click on 'Developers'. At the top of the page that opens up, click on 'My Apps'. Then click 'Allow' and follow the steps to create your app.
