Can Facebook fan pages tag people in photos?

If I do not "like" the page and am not friends with the administrator of the fan page, can they tag me in photos they upload? I'm worried that the new "photo id" thing on facebook will allow the administrators to ID me and tag me in the photos. Thank you!

Yes. They even also ask to follow the person too.

If you liked their page they can tag you in anything. But if not then they can't tag you. And in case you've liked them, you can unlike them.

It depends on your Privacy Settings. Go to Privacy Settings > Things others share > Photos and videos you're tagged in > Edit Settings > Choose Friends Only - so that only your friends can tag you in their photos.
