How to crop facebook profile picture?

Ever since the new facebook came out, some things have gotten a little confusing. Does anyone know how to crop/ adjust your facebook profile picture? I tried following the instructions in the help center for the thumbnail, but that didn't do anything.
Every time I try to upload a new profile pic, facebook automatically sets it, and I don't know how to shift the picture. Can anyone help me out with this?

its really a problem with new facebook but before you upload your profile picture you can crop it with the help of some picture editing software and after editing you can upload your picture on your facebook profile. there is no option in new facebook to edit, you cannot move or edit your profile picture.
