I UPDATED MY GALAXY 3 TO 4.3 SOFTWARE, BUT I WANT TO KNOW HOW COULD I SEE COLOR EMOJIS ON TWITTER, IG ETC?
I KNOW ON THE NOTE 3 U COULD SEE THE COLOR EMOJIS ON TWITTER, INSTAGRAM ETC. AND THE VERSION IS 4.3 ALSO. THANK YOU!!

Emojis are currently for the IOS users. So its impossible. To see emojis will depend if your phone supports custom emojis on android
