Instagram won't let me edit my profile?

It's been saying "a unknown error occurred" since noon. Does anyone know if their doing something to fix this bug??? I would like too put my profile on private

if you are doing this from your phone, delete the app then reinstall, it normally works that way because of problems installing the first time. if you are trying on your computer try to log out log in and refresh, if none of these work, they may be doing maintanance to the site itself.
