Please help me with my ask.fm :(?

Okay so I had an ask.fm account and wanted to deactivate it so i went in the settings and disconnected the facebook service for it..the next time i tried to login tho it wouldent let me and it would just go to a page saying "create a new account" and would automatically enter my email in it even tho it was the same one for my old acc.. So i went and created an account and its connected to the same facebook...which Im really sad and confused about... Because if i have 2 accounts on 1 facebook how do i login to my old one? I really want my old one back PLEASE HELP ))
