Facebook Memorial Page?

This may not be the best place to ask but no one on the FB page has answered me...and I really want to find this out!

I want to memorialize my mother's facebook page and have been trying to find a way to ask 2 questions but there is no way to "talk" to a real person so maybe you can help!
1. Will her pictures still be visible by her comfirmed friends?
2. Will I still be able to tag her in photos and my posts?

I have read what facebook says about it and it does not answer these questions specifically.
