Iphone apps in development?
Does anyone know whether any iphone apps are in development? After the release of the sdk i'm sure there'll be a load of developers taking up the opportunity but I've heard no news of people like msn and facebook building apps.
Does anyone know of any apps that are in the making? Ads |

Actually, GeeMail, Games is one of the lower priorities.
If you look at the polls on any website asking about what kind of apps people want, you'll see that games doesn't have as many votes. As for apps in the making, there are tons of applications from games (as mostly demoed) to "eBooks" (though it's not a pdf, rather just a program), etc. I'm not sure if Microsoft is going to take up any applications. Maybe MSN, but I highly doubt that. MSN will be covered by MobileChat, most likely (since they said they were making it) and so it would be free. The majority of iPhone users are mainly business users. (or at least that's what's supposed to be) As for facebook, I'm not sure if they're going to bother writing an application. The only benefit to an application and their optimized web version is that you can upload photos...and maybe save photos. It's still work for them. so far confirmed are Spore, AIM, TouchFX, TouchFighter, salesforce, epocrates, Pac-Man, Galaga, Bejeweled, Zuma, Peggle and SuitePhone. |
