Trying really hard to forget her, any advice please?!?

Well I'm trying to move on from her; by deleting her from every social media and avoiding her, but there is this urge that wants it to go back like it was. I'm keeping my self occupied like studying, working out, running, spending time with family, and trying replace her. Some days I do well, but other days its horrible. It's hard bc I've known her for 5 years. Any advice please.

Whats the reason for you trying to move on if she was a bitch then forget her this my sound depressing but think of all the bad things shes done to you that will help if its the opposite well maybe u love her
