How do I get inmail from coming into trash. Don't see any filter setting.?
Incoming emails go into the trash. I have reset password. Reset security questions. Looked into all the places available where something might hide. Found erotic addition to filter and deleted it. Not getting erotic email anymore.
I am losing some of my emails when the trash is dumped and possibly incoming mail. It is very frustrating.
If it's a filter setting, where is it? If someone has routed emails to other places, how do I find out where and then what do I do about it?

For some problems only Yahoo can resolve them....this seems to
be one of them.

This first link is for when your emails go straight to your
TRASH folder

http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...D_MAIL_ML.

This link contains links addressing emails going straight
to the SPAM folder
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=answ...m%20folder

If you are in the Newest format you will have click on
SETTINGS instead of Mail Options referred to in the above
link

For other problems
In addition to being able to contact a yahoo rep in the links below
you will be able to solve MANY of your problems on this site. .
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya...index.html

This link provides a phone number/email/ help center options.
Also, once the link is displayed you have the option of contacting
them on Twitter and Facebook (links on the right side)Many issues are covered on these sites and Yahoo provides updates on the status.

NOTE: The phone number is for very BASIC questions
such as password recovery, clearing your cache, etc.
Other issues may have to be handled thru this link. Once
your are in click on
"Contact Us for Product Issues "
...then MAIL....follow the prompts.

Could your account have been hacked and a filter left in place to route all incoming email directly to your trash folder?

How to tell if your account was hacked - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...sions=true

Messages are missing from the Inbox or another folder - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...=PROD_ACCT

I'm not receiving some or all emails - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...ions=false
