Facebook want to you activate by fone to: You can restore your account when your account hacked. So, if you don't have a handphone. You should borrow an other's fone in your family () ^^

you cant skip it - facebook is doing this to prevent spammers (most of which are oddly enough from india, or china) from creating more than one account (which i'm guessing you did)

You Can Not Skip It Sorry you have to Go through this If you Do Not Have one Ask One of your Friends if you Can use there Device to Activate it And Ask Them to Send back to you the Code
