Probably because he was detained for drag racing in a residential area while drunk and underage and doesn't have to face any consequences....

Probably the whole hate was started by teenagers. They were jealous of his fame and that all of the girls talking about him. Those kids started to flame Justin for his success they couldn't achieve theirself.

Hate is not the word. Most of the places you mention are likely jealous. On the other hand, Bieber is making a right fool of himself and needs to get his act together. He should stop drinking, stop partying and start behaving like a competent adult instead of a deranged public personality.

Justin and his motorcade are in a lot of trouble most of the time.

His lates arrest was for use of drugs and alcohol, and drag racing (60 mph a mph zone) in florida. He was actually put in jail for a short time.

Mostof his income is from performing in the US. But this time the Judge has the right to deport him back to Canada, and to prohibit him from coming back.
