My sister linked my iphone to her facebook?

My sister was using my Iphone then she linked it to her facebook account, now i have like 30 new contracts all 10 years old! and i can't remove them, ive uninstalled the facebook app and i don't know what to do

You can go under your settings and turn off the contact sync function. This may have to be done under the Facebook account. Once you do that, if the contacts are still there, you'll have to delete them manually.

from the facebook settings go to security settings and choose recognized devices and remove it
