Advertise and free clients?

Hello I was wondering how I could do Free Photo shoots to build my portfolio. How could I get the word out? I want to do at least 10 photo shoots.

Post in craigslist, they have a section called Free or you can go to the section where models promote themselves and reach out with your offer. You could also go to local businesses and offer your services to them. Take their photos for their website or social media, etc.
