what confetti shoes? lady shoes or rubber shoes?

Asics rubber shoes has a confetti design. Try finding in sm, centermall or in tiongsan. If you are referring to lady confetti shoes, I'm not sure where you can find a good design, try searching facebook user's fashion pages from baguio. I think they can answer your queries. :-)
