It's like they're addicted to it. Posting on Twitter and Instagram about them thinking of the gym 24/7 and stuff.

Why do some people like running, or soccer, or baseball, or yoga etc.
Everyone has their sport.

I'm not sure why we need to put people down for it.

You see results right away. Its one of the few things in life where the progress is so instantaneous. It makes you feel good, You feel good about yourself and you have more energy.

The guys who post shit on Instagram and Twitter about the gym don't actually like lifting or working out. They like drawing attention to themselves, its attention whoring 101. Typically they are also the same fuckmooks who post fitspiration crap on their Facebook, and you see them at commercial gyms wearing belts and gloves while curling in the squat rack.

They have ambitions of having large muscles. It's not something you can understand being a girl and not being able to develop large muscles.

I think I am addicted; that's not an exaggeration. I do it because it feels good. And I love the atmosphere of the gym. You listen to music you love, improve yourself, challenge yourself, etc.
