Instagram and Facebook..please :)?

if i post a picture on instagram and configure it with my Facebook, what will happen exactly?
i also want to know if the likes i got from instagram will show on on Facebook? (e.g. will instagram have 70 likes, while Facebook has 3, or ill it just say 73 likes?)

It will say "John Doe shared a picture via Instagram" and will show the picture. The likes will not be combined. (IG will show 70, fb will show only 3)
