how to make my bday visible on Facebook timeline?

my work information, where I live, and where I'm from all show up when my friends visit my Facebook timeline, just not my birthday! if you click on "About" on my timeline, you will see my birthday, but its not showing up on my timeline for all of my friends to see. how do i make it visible on my timeline?

Edit your birthday and click 'Show month and day on my timeline' or 'Show my full birthday'.

It shows on your timeline. just not to you, because you have everything up. But to make sure it's being seen by everyone, go to your profile, then the settings button and click "see as...". It will bring you to a new page. Type a random friend's name (they won't know) and hit "enter" if it's there, then they will see it like that.
