I'm trying to get Twitter mobile, but its saying my number is invalid!?
I'll type in my cell number, 11 digits, and I know im getting it right, but then something will pop up saying
Please Enter a valid phone number. US and Canadian phone numbers must have 11 digits.

And idk what to do, lol... Strange question i know, thanks though!!!

Using Twitter on your mobile phone is incredibly easy.
If you are already signed up to Twitter but haven't figured out how to 'tweet' from your mobile phone, this article will show you how to get started in 3 simple steps.
Step 1
First of all, make sure you are logged into your Twitter account.
Step 2
Then go to the 'Settings' tab which is located at the top right section of your page and then click on
'Mobile'.
Step 3
Follow the instructions on the screen - select your country from the drop-down list and enter your mobile phone number.
Step 4
Click 'Verify my phone'.
Step 5
You will be told to send a text message to a number - you will then get a text message back saying that your number has been verified and will be able to start tweeting from your phone.
It really is that simple!
You can do many things on Twitter from your phone that you can do online - by using different tags at the beginning of your message, you can send tweets, manage who you are following, and re-tweet other users' tweets. You can also get text alerts notifying you of your favourite users' new tweets.
As you can see, it is very easy to assign your mobile phone to your Twitter account. If you haven't tried using Twitter on your phone - I suggest you give it a go.
It can be up and running in less than five minutes and will save you spending hours at your laptop on Twitter, and will mean that you can tweet on the go.

THIS IS ANOTHER WAY TO SET UP RWITTER ON YOU CELL PHONE.
Step one: Ensure your phone is set up for mobile Internet access
The great news is that prices have fallen so much in recent times that mobile Internet access is now affordable for almost anyone. Mobile Internet is also available on almost every mobile phone, even non-3G handsets.
Check out our guide to setting up Internet access on your mobile phone — be sure to pay attention to the information on not getting stung with huge phone bills.
Step two: App or browser access
The emergence of mobile applications means Twitter can be accessed through a separate program on many smartphones. A wealth of dedicated Twitter applications are available for the iPhone, as well as Android smartphones, Windows Mobile smartphones, BlackBerry smartphones, Symbian smartphones, and any Nokia phone capable of accessing the company's Ovi Store.
Tweetie 2 is just one of many Twitter iPhone apps, and it will soon become the official Twitter application in Apple's iPhone app store.
A dedicated Twitter application is usually more user friendly and provides more options than using a handset's regular Web browser. For example, the Tweetie 2 app allows you to automatically shrink HTML links, a feature not available when accessing Twitter directly from your phone's Web browser.
To download a Twitter application for your mobile phone, you'll need to access the app store for your particular handset. The user interfaces of the five main app stores are similar, though Apple's app store and Google's Android market are the two standouts in terms of the number of apps available and ease of use.
Many non-Nokia Symbian phones, such as Samsung's HD Icon, don't have a dedicated app store. If this is the case, you'll have to point your mobile browser to the app you want to download. One of the most popular is Gravity but you can find a range of others with a quick Google search.
If your mobile phone doesn't have access to a dedicated app, you can access Twitter directly through your phone's mobile Web browser. Simply type http://www.twitter.com into the browser's address bar and you'll be able to log in and access the site. Twitter should automatically detect you're browsing from a mobile phone and load the mobile version of the site. If not though, you can access the mobile site by changing the address to mobile.twitter.com. The mobile site is designed to be viewed on a smaller screen and will use less data and load faster than the regular version.
Step three: Tweet to your heart's content
Twitter mobile is a similar experience to the full version of Twitter with a few exceptions. You can tweet, post URLs, view friend's profiles, view any tweeted images and follow other users.
However, dedicated Twitter applications like Tweetie 2 expand on this features set by including trend and user searches, an integrated Web browser for tweeted links and the ability to use your phone's GPS function to find Twitter users around you.
