Am I strange if I am not on Facebook?
Seems like everyone is one it but me. Does this make me strange somehow? I am 30 and it's partly a generational thing I think. Everyone who's 20 seems on it and a lot of older people too...but maybe not so many.
I have noticed that some jobs, especially in the sales and marketing field, network via Facebook and I am thinking it would hurt my job chances if I am not on Facebook.
I just don't want to get into though.

I have facebook and it's pretty boring.. did i mention facebook invades your privacy? they have applications that can get your information (like pictures of you) even if you don't want them to. facebook saves everything you do and you can't delete anything. It's like a super stalker central.

People asked me to go on it and I find it so juvenile and a waste of time. Everyone is always giving me virtual gifts, asking me to join stupid virtual games and stuff. LAME!

well i've just come off facebook. the only reason i stayed on it was to stay in contact with people because i moved out of the UK. but now im back in the UK, I have no use for it. i think it is a great waste of time.

Just steer clear of it. if there are people you want to speak to, just ring them, email them or go visit them - Thats my new philosophy :-)
