If their page is public and you don't have a Twitter account.

it is possible. they might be able to track your ip address, and find out where you live. however, they will need to be really good at this kind of stuff, and they must be really determined to find out who you are.

Only the ISP could track you but they don't give a *** about twitter. But why don't you have your own twitter account?
