How do i get my item back that i lent to a friend? He wont give it back!!!?

I lent my friend my skate board trucks... Iv been asking for months and he ignores my facebook messages. My friends have asked him and he said he will but he never does. I got sick of waiting i sent him this exact message "Hey bud its time for you to give me my fucking trucks back..... If i dont have them by the end of the month you owe me 60 dollars" If he fails to give me any of that i doubt the police would help me so i was gonna skate on his board at the skatepark like i tend to do and as soon as he enters the building to get water or something i was just gonna steal his brand new trucks....pretty fair if you ask me. I dont have the money to buy waste on trucks i already own.... Is there any less illigal way i can get my trucks back?

You should get your item back by telling him that if he doesnt give it back, then you wont be friends with him any longer.

Consider them gone. You are not going to get them unless you go to his house and personally get them. I doubt he still has them. Stealing is a no-no. You will get charged for that. In the laws eyes, you willingly gave him the trucks. Possesion is 99% of the law.
