Whats app is generally used on phones, seeing as its a instant messaging app. There are very hard and extensive ways to get it on pc but whats the point? but if you really want it then follow this tutorial.

No you cannot use Whats-app on your computer. Its a Mobile based application which runs on Android Operating System.

It's not meant for computers but it can be installed. For mobile apps on my computer I use a program called Bluestacks. Which is a virtual machine or basically running a mobile software in a box on your computer so you can play games, social media apps, almost anything on your computer. To download it just go to bluestacks.com and choose the file to download whether you are on Windows or Mac OS X
