How do I make my 'Follow me on Twitter button' show how many followers I have?

I have a 'Follow me on Twitter' button on my Tumblr blog, but want it to say how many followers I have. So it should say 'Follow @_____ - 10.3 k Followers. Does anyone know how to do this, or have the html coding? Thanks.
